On one of my trips I met someone that introduced me to my first home based business. The product line was of great interest to me since I was already a consumer, but the appeal of building a secondary income stream was compelling.
Eventually I made a major decision in my live, moved to the Bahamas and ran my private tour company. While living in the Caribbean I also found an MLM opportunity and began to pursue this as well. The pull of family however, moved me back to the West Coast. When my father passed away, I moved my Mom to live with me and unfortunately she became very ill. For the last two years of her life, I became her full-time caregiver, something I still treasure to this day. But, the reason I survived financially was only because I had a residual income that I was earning from my home-based business. There is NO job, corporate or otherwise that one could take two years off and continue to draw a paycheck!
Dennis Compo, the Vice-President of Operations for Gano Excel Canada, came into my life about 15 years ago where we met through a mutual colleague and we worked together in an MLM company. Funny enough, I actually met Dennis many years before that when we both still lived in Edmonton. But what I know of who he is as a person, and a businessman is why I decided to join Gano Excel. He is a savvy business leader with heart! Our product line is well, simply delicious, makes sense to everyone, and it doesn’t take a lab coat to teach people how to drink hot chocolate, tea or coffee.
Throughout my corporate career and while living in the Caribbean, I’ve enjoyed my now 16+ years in the home-based business industry. Working alongside a dynamic team of successful and driven entrepreneurs is exciting, and I absolutely LOVE helping others reach their potential, it is my passion and joy. |
