Meet Damien Tacket-:15 PLUS year Marketing Veteran, Former Adjunct Professor of Amerian Law, Author, Multi- Million Dollar Campaign Manager, Business Owner and Loving Husband and Father of Five.  

I want to begin by stating, that I unequivocally believe that with dedication and hard work, you will achieve your financial dreams with Gano Excel. Again, that's will, not may, not might but you absolutely will!

Gano Excel is not like the other opportunities you see on the Internet these days. Your business is not about simply sponsoring as many people as you possibly can to earn as large an income as you can in as short of a time frame possible. Gano Excel, under the wise leadership of Dennis Compo, is based on the process of duplication and the find two teach two approach. Long-term relationships and mentoring is the rule at Gano, making Gano Excel a true home for any who are willing to work hard and learn. 

My background prior to Gano Excel in hindsight was preparation for my journey with Gano Excel today.  I owned and ran my first business at 17, a fast food restaurant on the beach at a local state park Pennsylvania. It was here that I learned one of the most important management rules I would learn in my lifetime. The former owner of the restaurant let me work with him for a week or so prior to my taking over the business. He would tell his employees, "I watch your feet". When I asked him what he meant his answer was, "it doesn't matter what someone says they are doing, their feet will always tell you the truth"! No more truer words have ever been spoken in my view. To that end, I urge you all, watch my feet! 

I earned my Masters Degree at Indiana University of PA in Public Affairs. During that time I learned the valuable skill of how to make a living working from home. I became the web master for several departments and later designed online education courses for the Political Science Department and the National Environmental Education and Training Center. 

Upon Graduation I accepted a post with the AFL CIO in Washington DC in the Organizing Institute, later to hold Adjunct teaching posts in American Law. 

About 10 years ago my career moved into marketing. I held several training positions and campaign development posts for major direct sales products and direct response promotions. 

As my 3rd child came into the world I made the move to the full-time work from home professional, first as National Director of The Verification Center then into my own successful companies. For the last several years my business has been helping business builders become as successful as possible, offering a multitude of services for the MLM industry. 

Until Gano Excel came into my life I had a hard and fast self imposed rule. I do not join MLM's, I work for them. I am happy to say, I have gladly and wholeheartedly broken my own rule. Thank goodness I have! 

Gano Excel has the right combination of people, product and payment. As a company and an opportunity, I have seen nothing that comes close to the complete package of Gano Excel, and my friends I can honestly say I have seen them all. 

One thing that I have learned in my career, one thing that I feel is very important that I share with you today; In your Gano Excel Journey, you will have ups and you will have downs. You will have highs and you will have lows. The single greatest and saddest mistake you could possible make is to give up on yourself. Very often my greatest accomplishments have come after a setback!
