Linear income vs. Leveraged Income
Understanding Leverage
Most people work for a linear income and get paid in a linear format. Working 9 to 5 for a 40 hour week...pushing
hours for what the job is worth and earning, on average, 2K, 4K, 6K per month. The problem with a linear income job
is when you stop working the income stops too! It's not only has an earning cap, it's also based on you
continuously working.
Network marketing is a serious business for serious people. It's a proven system where the design, creation and
expense the corporate team has gone through becomes a road map for your own success. Just follow the simple, proven
and duplicable system that the good companies provide
The real key is this: Network marketing is all about leverage. You can leverage your time and increase the number
of hours of work effort on which you can be paid by sponsoring other people and earning a small income on their
efforts. J. Paul Getty, who created one of the world's greatest fortunes, said "I would rather make 1 percent on
the efforts of 100 people than 100 percent on my own efforts." This very basic concept of leverage is the
cornerstone of network marketing.
Understanding the concept of leverage is crucial to developing a 3,4,5 figure or more monthly income.
There are 2 Basic Fundamentals of Network Marketing Distribution
The ability to sponsor, enroll, or introduce others to the business
The ability to show others how to sponsor others. When you show others how to sponsor you create process of
duplication and duplication is essential in creating significant income!
Most successful people building a network marketing business do so in an organized method. They work dedicated
hours each week, with each hour of effort serving as a building block for their long-term business growth. They
sponsor other people and teach those people how to sell the company product and sponsor others who will duplicate
the process.
By helping the people you personally sponsor to sponsor others, you duplicate yourself. As this process continues,
you create compound growth that can lead to hundreds or even thousands of people coming into your business. You
leverage your time by helping others be successful and earn an income from all their efforts. With a large network
marketing team of 100, 500, 1000, 5000 people or more...all of whom are consuming, ordering, re-ordering, and
marketing product on a daily, weekly, monthly basis, you can greatly leverage your income earnings.
Your income is no longer contingent on your efforts, your income will continue based the consumption of product by
your customer base. The more customers consuming the bigger your income. Once your network is in place that income
continues whether you choose to work or not! This income is passive, residual by nature and is continuous. That's
the difference between leverage income and linear income.
