Gano Excel offers a lucrative compensation package and it’s all based on the business option you choose to begin with. It is important to understand how the breakdown of commissions reflects upon the package you start with. Begin at your comfort level, however take into consideration the monies that you may or may not earn based on your initial enrollment decision. You can of course always upgrade to another package and begin to capitalize on those bonuses you may not have been eligible for.  

For example: You select ESP-1 as your business package, however you have a personal enrollment that begins at ESP-2. Please note the payout for Fast Start is $50 for an ESP-2 enrollee, however as you only had an ESP-1 designation you’ll only be eligible for the maximum Fast Start Payout at that level of $20; The full ESP-2 Fast Start Payout will roll up to the qualifying member that began with ESP-2 or ESP-3. You can earn up to $100 for every ESP-3 sold within your Success Team if you yourself are ESP-3 qualified. Please note: Power Team Infinity Fast Start Payout begins after you have personally enrolled 2 ESP qualified affiliates; again the payout will reflect on the ESP package you enrolled with so that anyone that chooses a higher volume ESP, you would only be eligible for the Infinity Bonuses based on your ESP choice.
